Our First Residents at Southbrook, Selborne

Simon and Charlie are the first of our buyers to move in at our Southbrook scheme in Selborne.  Simon and Charlie contacted us at a very early stage of the build as they were looking to move to a larger home in the area.  Southbrook suited their needs perfectly as it is only a short commute to their places of work.  The village's primary school too was a strong attraction, as they have a young son, as well as their new home's proximity to the recreation ground and footpaths for dog walking.

'We loved the house because of the use of glass and the light airy rooms and the palette of materials that Hazeley used.  The layout fitted our family way of living and the whole nature of the small development with its secluded and intimate atmosphere. Everything has been thought of with a show stopping kitchen!  It has also been lovely dealing with the Hazeley team directly'.
