Meeting your new home - 2 weeks before moving day

Around two weeks before moving day we will invite you to attend a demonstration meeting at your new home. Our Sales Manager, Delia Edwards will talk you through the features of your new home and explain the process between now and moving in day.

Your home will have gone through our rigorous quality control process prior to your visit and the demonstration meeting is an opportunity for you to look around your new home. We'll also answer any questions that you may have and offer guidance with any preparation for moving day.

Welcome to your new home!

Delia Edwards, our Sales Manager, will be in close contact throughout moving day. Once completion has taken place we will meet you at your new home to hand over your keys and welcome you with champagne and flowers. Delia will be on hand whilst you’re unloading your furniture to answer any queries and present you with your home owner’s manual on a tablet computer, which is a personalised guide to your new home.

We aim to make the transition to your new home as smooth as possible and will ensure that you have everything you need at your finger tips to put your mind at rest.

Peace of mind

Your new home comes with the added benefit of a ten year structural warranty. This protects it against any structural defects for ten years from the date of legal completion.

Our personal service continues during the first two years of living in your new home, Hazeley is your point of call for any issues that you may encounter. After this period, up until the tenth anniversary, our warranty provider takes over this responsibility.
